On 4 November 2023, Thai Sikh Patronage dedicated its 41st multi-purpose building to Ban Hat Kuan School in Tambon Chai Buri, Tha Uthen district, Nakhon Phanom province. The build cost over 500,000 baht, funded entirely by contributions from Thai citizens of Indian descent who follow the Sikh faith.

The building is 6 metres wide by 20 metres long — 160 square metres of floor area, with a 2-metre walkway and two bathrooms — and bears the name "Thai Sikh Patronage Building 41." Alongside the building, the donation included sports equipment, stationery, and scholarships. Nine Kantakra trees, the official tree of Nakhon Phanom, were planted around the building.

The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Prajob Diprom, Deputy Director of the Nakhon Phanom Primary Education Office Region 2, with members of the Thai-Sikh community led by Mr. Anan Satjadev (president) and Mr. Sakda Satjamit. Teachers, students, and the people of Ban Hat Kuan joined the event.

A day earlier, on 3 November 2023, Building #40 had been dedicated to Nong Thong Huai Bak School in Khon Kaen, with sports equipment and supplies donated to its students as well.

The work continues. In 2025, his father Kuldip joined fellow members of Thai Sikh Patronage to dedicate Building #42 at Hin Haw Non Ngam School in Udon Thani — another rural school receiving a permanent classroom under the same programme.

Saran and his father Kuldip Phichitsingh joined a community event providing lunch and distributing school supplies to the children at the Early Childhood Centre at Flat 12, Khlong Toei Housing Estate.

The smaller programmes matter just as much. A classroom of stationery and a hot lunch makes a measurable difference in a child's week.

From 19 to 21 May 2023, Saran and his father Kuldip — executives of Siam Home Development — visited a 50 MW commercial wind power plant in Vietnam operated by Super Energy Corporation, one of Southeast Asia's largest renewable operators, with roughly 1,900 MW across more than 100 plants in Thailand and Vietnam.

The family backed Super Energy for years as long-term shareholders — a deliberate commitment to clean power, built on long-term purchase agreements with national grids and modern, responsibly run technology. The market road was not always smooth, but the conviction behind it was sound: capital that helps build wind and solar capacity in this region is capital well placed.

That belief — that clean energy is worth backing for the long term — is the part of this story he values most.
